TERMS OF SERVICE

All of our parts are used - recycled automotive parts that have been run and tested by a qualified mechanic. By ordering parts from USA Parts Online you agree to read the product description in detail as it is your responsibility to make sure the part ordered matches your Year, Make and Model and that at the end it is the correct part for your vehicle. If you are unsure -please contact us at 1-800-531-6082 to speak to a qualified agent. We strive to provide the best service possible including shipping to your final address. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary and we are currently experiencing shipping times of approximately 14 business days from the day of order.  To confirm or inquire about the most current shipping times, please call us directly at 1-800-531-6082. Cancellations of orders may result in a restocking fee of 20% if made after 24 hours of placing the order. We strive to get products delivered as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays are unavoidable, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. 

WARRANTY 
AND
RETURN POLICY

Warranty - up to 60 Months

All USA Parts Online products are guaranteed to be in working order at the time of purchase. Every part purchased through our online store includes up to 60 months unlimited mileage parts only warranty. The parts only warranty cannot be transferred to anyone at any time. We offer one-time replacement of the part that failed. Your part must installed within 30 days of delivery.

Commercial use vehicles are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase.

During the Warranty Period we will replace  the part at our option or refund your money for a part that proves defective under normal use and maintenance.. You will be responsible to return the part with the original invoice to us properly packed and secured for shipping. Once we receive the part we will check it for our original markings, and proceed processing of your warranty claim.

To initiate a warranty claim please first contact us by email, documenting the problem or the circumstance of the part failure.

​

To qualify for the free shipping promotion, the product must be shipped to a commercially zoned address that has the ability to unload a tractor-trailer. 

Warranty Exclusions:

Cases of improper installation by an uncertified or unlicensed mechanic at a non-licensed repair facility.

If the engine or transmission is disassembled in any way without our express written authorization it will void the warranty.

Problems caused by accident

Failure caused by theft, fire, vandalism, acts of terror, lightning, earthquake, hurricane, water damage, or any other natural disasters.

​

Operating of the vehicle without proper lubrication or cooling regardless of the reason for any period of time.

​

Manufacturer's recall.

​

Operating of the vehicle for a prolonged time after a part failure.

​

We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, gaskets, brackets, flywheels, timing belts/chains/tensioners/guides/kits installed at the time of installation.

 

Diesel Engines: We do not cover injectors, injection pumps, high-pressure oil pumps, high-pressure fuel injectors, turbo, or any other part which is not part of the engine as defined above.

Make sure to inspect all parts before signing for them on delivery. No Refunds will be issued due to Shipping Damage or Broken Items if not reported within 24 Hours of Delivery to USAPartsOnline and the Freight Company.

DEFINITIONS:

Engine: As used herein, the term engine shall mean, a used engine assembly (basic block, cylinder head and internal components) supplied by USAPartsOnline.com of the original manufacturer - Everything else is left on for convenience purposes only.

Installation and Maintance Procedures

Transmission Assembly:

  • Check the flexplate for cracks or excessive wear on the starter teeth.

  • Replace oil pan gasket, front, and axle seals (if applicable).

  • Swapp over any electrical wiring, sensors, valve bodies, linkage from the original transmission to the replacement.

  • Replace the transmission filter if it is an automatic (ATTENTION: There will be NO Filter or Fluid inside)

  • Flush & inspect transmission cooling lines. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

  • Properly align torque converter (Automatic Transmission Only).

  • Finish installation of the transmission. When finished, add transmission fluid to the manufacturer's specifications. Start the engine and add more TF immediately. Additional fluid can now be added until the transmission reads ‘full’ on the dipstick.

  • Reset control module codes.

  • Adjust throttle position sensor cable.

  • Please note any electrical sensors, filters, pan gaskets that have been left on the transmission are not warrantied or covered, they are simply left on for convenience and are intended to be replaced accordingly. Some of these items are left on to simply keep out any debris from entering the unit. 

  • COVERED COMPONENTS:

  • Transmission: The following components of automatic or manual transmission: Torque Converter, Oil pump, Drums, Planetaries, Sun Gear & Shell, Sprags, Shafts, Bearings, Shift Rails, Forks, Synchronizers. . External switches and sensors are not covered.

  • Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered.  

Axle Assembly:

  • Replace seals and cover gasket (where applicable)

  • Fill to the proper level using proper fluids in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines.

  • All tires on the vehicle must be the same size as recommended by the manufacturer for the vehicle.

  • None of the following are covered if included with assembly: hubs, bearings, brakes, steering linkage, brake lines, dust covers, seals or gaskets.

  • COVERED COMPONENTS:

  • Axle Assembly: Axle housing, Axle shafts, Ring and Pinion

Engine Assembly:

  • Perform a full tune-up (spark-plugs, wires, air filters, hoses, belts)

  • Replace engine oil to manufacturers suggested levels

  • Replace oil filter

  • Replace gaskets and swap as needed (intake and exhaust manifold, valve cover, oil pan & rear main seal)

  • Inspect and replace (if needed) new timing belt/chain

  • Replace thermostat and water pump

  • Flush the cooling system and refill with antifreeze to appropriate level

  • Swap over original wiring harness with sensors (Often the harness is cut while we remove the engine)

  • Swap over or replace all bolt-on accessories (Alternator, Starter, AC compressor, Dipstick etc)

  • Change the oil after the first 600 miles and at recommended service intervals thereafter

  • Service the vehicle at proper intervals as per manufacturer's guidelines

  • NOTE - The exhaust manifold will not be included in cases where the catalytic converter cannot be detached from it. * It is forbidden by law.

  • COVERED COMPONENTS:

  • ENGINE:  The following components of gasoline or diesel engines: pistons, crankshaft, and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, and rocker arms.  The engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by a covered component. 

  • Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered.  

Transfer Cases:

  • Replace seals and cover gasket (where applicable)

  • Fill to the proper level using proper fluids in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines.

  • All tires on the vehicle must be the same size as recommended by the manufacturer for the vehicle.

  • Transfer any linkage, wiring harness, sensors, or electronic motors from original unit to the unit that was purchased.

  • COVERED COMPONENTS:

  • Transfer Cases: Transfercase Housing, Gears, Chains

30 Days Return Policy

 

 

 

USA Parts Online no hassle return policy allows you to return the part for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date subject to a 20% handling fee and the cost of shipping back. Parts must be returned in its original condition with original "markings" in place, return freight prepaid by the customer, no COD. Please note any Residential Delivery or Liftgate fees will not be refunded. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from our sales or customer service department. The request has to be initiated via email CS@USAPartsOnline.com stating the date of the request.

Cancelling an order after 24 hours from time of purchase is subject to a 20% handling and processing fees plus the customer assumes all shipping costs.

​

Refused shipments are subject to the same return policy, the cost of return shipping and 20% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

​

In certain cases we may waive the handling fee, this will be determined at the time of the return. 

​

All returns must be shipped via Commercial LTL Freight and you must keep your tracking number for the carrier you use.
